I spend a lot of time worrying about what I’ve done at work, why others think about it, and I’m starting to second-guess myself. It’s gotten so bad, I’ve lost confidence. It’s becoming a real problem and I’m not sure I can keep it up. I’d like to stop second-guessing myself and feel more able to make confident decisions. Is it possible to move beyond this?
